If one wants to add flags, there should be an explanation of the reason why they are there. We could also add maps, list capitals, etc. There is no relevance to simply plonking a list of flags in the middle of an article with no mention fore or aft as to their significance. If one feels that there should be a representation in flags of the Celtic countries, then there could be a link to another article for futher clarification on what are Celtic countries.
