Celithemis fasciata Kirby, 1889 |
The Banded Pennant, Celithemis fasciata, is a dragonfly found in North America, in the Pennant genus of dragonflies. It can easily be identified because no other pennant has black marked wings like the Banded Pennant. It is small, being about 1 3/8 inches. It lives around ponds, lakes and sand bottom lakes ditches.
