Cedric Victor-DeSouza ( born Bombay, India on November 22, 1971 ) is an Indian-born artist and graphic designer; he has also been a writer and a musician. Lives and works in New York.

Graduated with a B.F.A from The / Atlanta College Of Art in 1995.
Cedric has been exhibiting his work actively since 1995 in New York, Atlanta and Europe. In 1996, he took the position of curator/director of New Visions Gallery/Culture Room, a visual arts non-profit into which he introduced theatre and music performance as part of programming. Through one of these events, in 1998, he began work with Jarboe, a solo artist and collaborator in the seminal band Swans. After designing her first title "Anhedoniac", he established her presence on the web as a pioneering internet-based artist.

His interest in publishing and media led to working with an eclectic roster of design clients including Amnesty International, CBS, WB, The Atlanta Contemporary Art Center and Atavistic Records, among numerous others before launching Tonic, an independent arts calendar for the Atlanta arts scene. Other clients include Sony, Microsoft, Mercedez Benz and individual projects done with advertising agencies Young + Rubicam and Rapp Collins Worldwide.

Cedric's contributions to Jarboe's musical work have come in the form of source writings which were then directly used to produce lyrics. In 2002, Cedric performed alongside Jarboe and Bill Rieflin at the / Fundação de Serralvesin Porto, Portugal. The following year, he recorded and worked with italian "hermetic cult collective" Larsen in Torino, Italy and Gdańsk, Poland. He also toured as the bassist in the U.S. Tour with Jarboe and Larsen.
