Cedar River is a stream in the U.S. state of Michigan, flowing mostly westward through Antrim County into the Intermediate River in Bellaire at .
The Cedar River rises in southwest of Chestonia Township, near the boundary with Mancelona Township. It flows mostly west, and then northwest into the Intermediate River. The north branch rises along the boundary between Chestonia and Kearney townships and flows southwest into the main branch about a mile east of Bellaire.
