Cecil (Passions character)

Cecil was a minor character on the NBC soap opera Passions. Cecil was played by Arturo Gil.

Cecil was created by Cracked Connie to be her boyfriend. Like Timmy they were also dolls that came to life. Unlike Timmy, Connie and Cecil were not loved by Tabitha Lenox (the town witch). They quickly became a nuisance. It was Connie and Cecil who told Charity Standish that her boyfriend Miguel Lopez-Fitzgerald had slept with her cousin Kay Bennett. Cecil and Connie stole money from Tabitha and skipped town. They haven't been seen since.
