This is a handscroll that was commissioned by the Qianlong Emperor for his personal use from the court painter Jin Tingbiao in the 25th year of his reign (AD 1760).
This is an image of Khalkha Mongol Prince Cebdenjab, the son of the illustrious Prince Tseren. He gained merit by persecuting the West Mongolian rebel leaders Khan Dawaci and Prince Amursana.
