I am retired from the Government of the Province of British Columbia, Ministry of Attorney General, Management Services Branch, Personnel Services Division where I was employed as a Regional Personnel Officer since 1985. I reside in Prince George, B.C., and have done so since 1974. I emigrated to Canada in 1970 as a result of receiving a Notice of Induction into the United States Armed Forces during the Vietnam War signed by the Commander-in-Chief, President Richard M. Nixon.
