Calvin Dale Brown II is an African American entreprenuer from Dallas, Texas. Born August 8, 1969 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. When he was 10 years old, his family relocated to Hope, Arkansas, where he lived until he was 15. After his 10th grade year, his family again relocated, this time to Texarkana, Arkansas.

He graduated from Texarkana, Arkansas Senior High School in 1987, and from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville in 1992 with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting. While attending the University of Arkansas -Fayetteville he pledged Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity in the spring of 1988.

Mr. Brown received his certified public accountant (CPA) license in 1996, and started a small accounting firm, CD Brown, CPA. Mr Brown would later go on to found a company called Small Business Financial Management Group (SBFMG), which provides accounting, tax, financial, payroll, and business counseling services to entreprenuers and individuals.
