[edit] Introduction

I am, among other things, a business performance consultant based in the United States. I've been a CEO, and I've suffered from many avoidable mistakes. I got an MBA before I started my first business thinking I would learn what I needed in school -- No way!

Now, I make a consistent effort to write about my experiences in the hope that I can help others get great results.

I am particularly interested in ways to improve sales and marketing results and in the best ways to recruit high performers.
