CBI is a Canadian radio station. It is the CBC Radio One affiliate in Sydney, Nova Scotia, broadcasting at 1140 on the AM dial.
The station's local programs are Information Morning in the mornings and Main Street in the afternoons. Although both programs have the same name as their mainland counterparts in Halifax, they are distinct programs produced in Sydney.
CBI was first launched on November 1, 1948, at AM 1570. By 1966, it had moved to its current frequency.
The station serves all of Cape Breton Island by operating a series of FM transmitters that rebroadcast the AM signal in the following areas:

- CBHF 93.9 FM Northeast Margaree
- CBHI 94.3 FM Inverness
