Fair use claimed for the CBeebies and BBC television idents articles because:

no free alternative available.
the source text (CBeebies) is discussed in the article.
does not detract from the value of the text, or the copyright holder's ability to make further profit from it.
Because the image is provided at a low resolution inappropriate for re-printing, its usage on Wikipedia does not pose a problem of aiding media piracy.

I found that there was a poor version of the "BBC one" logo on wikipedia and updated it from the channel resource pack from Media Bank.

Is this an acceptable thing to do? I believe that the site is hosted outside the UK, but is not-for-profit.
