"Caught in a Moment" is the fourth and final single from the Sugababes's third studio album Three. Released in 2004, the song reached #8 on UK Singles Chart. The single was also featured in the film Wimbledon.

The director for the video is Howard Greenhalgh. The music video is very simple and doesn't have a basic storyline. The entire music video is in black and white, with the Sugababes being surrounded by "huge lights". The girls are seated during the duration of the video.
