Talk:Catholic High School Athletic Association

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

My son was on jv basketball the varsity tem asked him to change to varsity in the middle of the season . I was not happy that he had moved up because i felt he was not ready . Were they suppose to contact me because they moved him without my knowledge. Is there something i can do regarding this issue.

1. You have a kid in High School, which means you are (or should be) at least 35, lets try to type proper sentences here.
2. You are not happy about your kid challenging himself? I guess you would want to have him go to Community College and flip burgers for the rest of his life too? Wow, I would expect this from a PSAL parent, but I thought that a parent with enough money to send his/her kid to a Catholic school would at least be educated. Obviously the school thinks that he is ready to advance.
3. Yes there is something you can do, my suggestion is to be happy that your kid is actually challenging himself. And from a former all-city track runner (me), everyone knows that the ladies dig varsity athletes more than a JV ones.
