Cathy Greene (born November 27, 1963) is an American actress, best known for being the first actress to play Sally Frame, adopted daughter of Alice Matthews Frame, on the soap opera Another World. She played the role from 1975 to 1977.

Greene emulated on-screen parent Jacqueline Courtney in interviews; after hearing Courtney give a coy response to reporters as to her true age, Greene told an interviewer that "a real woman doesn't reveal her true number!"
