[edit] Lost into the vacuum of space?
I couldn't find any info about this at all online. The closest was a message board post that linked to a defunct page on a Japanese website (how do you write 404 in Kanji?). But other than that, nada. I've never heard of the thing. I like doing copy-edits of articles that desperately need them, and when doing so I just assume good faith that the info is largely accurate, but in this case I see no sourcing and no corroboration... I'm tempted to flag it for deletion...?
- If you search Japanese auction sites, the item turns up every now and then. I discovered it when I was browsing Furima hoping for Casio Loopy goods.Alcy 08:17, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
Ah! Found this page that also mentions it: http://afoxai.ld.infoseek.co.jp/1coin/1coin.html Alcy 08:20, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
- Alcy - Although I've dabbled in teaching myself a bit of Japanese, I never succeeded in reading Kanji, only Hiragana, and even then, my knowledge pretty much ends at "Nihon-go wa benkyoo shite imasu" -- and in fact, I'm actually much more comfortable just saying, "Soo desu ne? Soo desu!" over and over like I know what I'm talking about ;D The bottom line is I can't make heads or tails of that link you sent, my apologies.
- IP address 24.59.137.150 -- I don't suppose you have a Casio Super Picky Talk, and perhaps a digital camera? Verifiable proof that the copyright date says 1990 would be useful. (As it is, we have an unknown IP address that has only made this one single edit... I have no reason to doubt the date, but man would I like a source!!!) --Jaysweet 06:03, 8 August 2006 (UTC)
