The Castleman Trailway is a 16 mile footpath in Southern England between Ringwood, Hampshire and Poole in Dorset.

Portions of the trailway are also a cyclepath.

The path can be walked or cycled in either direction. One end is Bickerley Road in Ringwood, the other end is Upton Country Park. The path partially waymarked and Dorset County Council are actively working on adding more.

The path passes through the villages of Ashley Heath, West Moors, Oakley, Broadstone and Upton, as well as Upton Heath and Upton Country Park.

The trailway is part of the former Southampton and Dorchester Railway line which ran from Brockenhurst(Hampshire) to Hamworthy Junction via Ringwood.
