Castelspina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 km southeast of Turin and about 14 km southwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 403 and an area of 5.5 km2.[1]
Castelspina borders the following municipalities: Castellazzo Bormida, Gamalero, Predosa, and Sezzadio.
