"Cassie" is the second episode of the television show Skins, focusing on the character Cassie.

Cassie wakes up on the sofa in Michelle's house and looks around to see the mess created the night before with the food fight. She then goes through the house into the kitchen and sees Anwar outside who is praying and notices that the calendar says that Michelle's mum is coming back on the 13th. She goes outside to ask Anwar what the date is and he tells her it is the 13th. Cassie goes into Michelle's room to tell her that her mum gets home today, but Michelle is too tired to listen to her. Cassie then puts on some lipstick and gives Sid (who is still asleep and has a post-it stuck on his head saying "VIRGIN") a goodbye kiss. Just as she leaves the house Michelle's mother (Arabella Weir) and her new husband Malcolm (Danny Dyer) are getting out of the taxi. Michelle's mum thinks Cassie is helping her daughter clear up for her coming home. Michelle's mum can be heard screaming and everyone runs out the house and Michelle and her mum can be heard arguing inside.

On the bus home Cassie is surrounded by people eating and this makes her feel uncomfortable, she then finds a Post-it on her back saying EAT!. Cassie arrives home to find her Mum and Dad (Neil Morrissey) going at it before Cassie interrupts them. She tells her mum it is her last day at the clinic and she will be discharged if she has put on half a kilo and she tells her mother that she has. She takes her little brother upstairs to put him to his bed and take an E then receives a text from an unknown caller saying EAT!. She then gets dressed for her last day at the clinic and goes downstairs to say goodbye to her Dad who is painting her mother naked. Cassie's dad was not aware it was her last day at the clinic and does not seem interested.

In the taxi on the way to the clinic Cassie is putting weights inside her skirt. The driver Alan sees her doing this but says that he won't tell on her and he will miss driving her to the clinic since this is her last day. When Alan asks Cassie if she actually will start eating this time she says she will. Alan tells her to not give him that smile that covers up how she is really feeling.

At the clinic Cassie is weighed and asked to empty her pockets. After leaving the examination room Cassie sees another patient who instead of using weights is drinking a lot of water to make herself heavier, however this backfire when she needs to go to the toilet before she is examined. Cassie then goes to the head of the center (Abigail's Mum) and has a final report. The woman tells Cassie that if she ever needs help she can always come back to the clinic. Cassie then goes to group therapy where one member of the group is very upset about a boy who he had business with but has not paid him back and he is going to get him back and shows the group a photo of the lad, Cassie instantly recognizes him as Sid. The man is Mad Twatter the dealer who sold Sid the dope and he tells the group that Sid is going to get what's coming to him.

Sid is in the canteen at the college where Anwar, Chris, Maxxie and Kenneth (who embarrasses himself by trying to speak street) notice he has lipstick on him. Sid is joined at the table by Cassie who noticing her lipstick asks Sid if he has been home yet and he says he has not. Cassie tells Sid he always talks about Tony she then talks about the food fight the night before and how much fun it was throwing all the food around. Sid asks Cassie how she manages to convince her parents that she is eating, Cassie then changes the subject by telling Sid she likes him and decides to show him how she pretends to eat (Asking questions and changing the subject). Sid says what she is doing is fucked up but Cassie’s informs him that it is nobodies business and no one seems to care anyway but Sid says that he cares. They are then joined by Tony who asks Cassie how Dippy world is but Sid quickly tells Tony that she has been discharged from the clinic. Tony then tells Sid about the lipstick on his forehead and Sid is quite taken aback to the fact that someone kissed him. Tony starts to put down Sid by saying that he smells and is a waste of space till Cassie knocks his Coke on to him making it look like he has pissed himself. Anwar, Chris, Maxxie and Kenneth all laugh at Tony so Tony pulls Kenneth to the ground and punches him. As Sid is going away with Tony Cassie tells him about Mad Twatter having his student ID card and that he is crazy and angry with Sid because he has not paid him back. Sid then runs off to find Tony and Cassie notices that the word EAT is spelt out in Sid's chips.

Tony is in the toilet drying the coke off his trousers with the hand dryer and unknown to him his teacher Angie (Siwan Morris) is in the shower around the corner. Then Angie leaves the shower he hears her closing her locker and sees her naked. Angie quickly tells Tony that he is in the female changing room but Tony tells her that the hand dryer in the male changing room is broken, Sid then bursts in worried about Mad Twatter and notices Angie is naked. Then as Tony and Sid stand there staring at Angie, Chris comes in telling Tony how upset Kenneth is and sees them staring at Angie and quickly throws them out of the changing room.

Cassie is on the upper floor of the college and sees Sid and quietly says, "Look up if you like me" and repeatedly says it but he does not look up because he is talking to Tony. Cassie is feeling upset and walks away down the corridor. Sid is sitting in the Psychology classroom when Angie comes in and asks why he is there on his own and Sid tells her about the problem with Mad Twatter and after assessing all his options they both agree he is fucked. Just as Sid is about to leave Chris comes in to apologies to Angie for seeing her boobs. After Sid leaves Chris keeps staring at Angie, she tells him that he can't look at her that way but before she can finish Chris tells her that her mole is lovely.

Cassie is sitting in English when her phone vibrates telling her she has received a text and she quickly turns around to see if it was Sid who sent it and Sid does have a mobile in his hand. Cassie opens her phone to read the message and text says EAT! The teacher informs the class that he is going away for a week and that they will have a supply teacher while he is away. Whilst the teacher is talking Tony reassures Sid that Mad Twatter won't find him because there is 3000 plus and the college. Just then the supply teacher comes in and it is Madison Twatter PHD (Mad Twatter). Twatter looks around the classroom and spots Sid and says that he can't wait to start teaching them all a lesson.

Sid is outside with all his friends taking deep breaths when Jal comes over asking what's wrong when Maxxie tells her that the supply teacher is his dealer and he is going to cut his bollocks off. Tony comes over gives Sid a slap on the face and says that his friends will help him figure out what to do. Everyone looks at each other not knowing what to do or to say so they all go to there next classes but tell Sid that they will get back to him. With nobody around to help him Sid phones his mum and leaves a message telling her to get back to him. Cassie sees Sid sitting on the bench with his phone when she gets another text saying EAT!. Cassie goes over to Sid and tells him that what he is doing is kind but it won't make a difference. Sid has no idea what she is talking about so she shows him Sid her phone but Sid says that there are no messages on the phone. She then says under her breath "I thought you liked me" but Sid did not hear her. Cassie then runs home looks in her kitchen to see her mum and dad drinking champagne and feeding her little brother. She goes upstairs to her room and pulls a drawer full of chocolate from under her bed. She pulls out a bar, looks at it, then puts it back in. She gets a business card for the clinic out of her bag and phones the number on it and says to the person on the other end that she needs to see them again.

Cassie is in a restaurant and has just been given a plate full of food when Alan the taxi driver comes in and asks her what’s wrong. Cassie tells him that she thought someone she liked was sending her messages but he wasn’t. Cassie then asks Alan if it was him sending the messages but he says that he would never her tell her what to do. Cassie asks Alan who would send them and Alan tells her someone who wants her to eat. Alan then gives her permission to eat her burger and chips but Cassie try’s her trick to make it looks like she is eating but she can't fool Alan who tells he that he loves her and Cassie says she loves him back so she just takes a bite out of the burger.
