Caspian Airlines is an airline based in Tehran, Iran. It operates services between Tehran and other major cities in Iran and to Ukraine and Armenia. Its main base is Mehrabad International Airport, Tehran.

The airline was established in 1993 and started operations in September 1993. It was set up as a joint venture between Iranian and Russian interests.

Caspian Airlines operates the following services (at October 2006):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Ahvaz, Mashhad, Tabriz and Tehran (Imam Khomeini International Airport).
- International scheduled destinations: Budapest, Damascus, Dubai, Kiev (Boryspil Airport), Minsk and Yerevan.
