Casimir Oyé-Mba

Casimir Oyé-Mba (born April 20, 1942) is a Gabonese politician, who was one of the most important people in President Omar Bongo's administration during the 1990s. He served as prime minister of Gabon from May 3, 1990 to November 2, 1994.[1] He was then appointed foreign minister and served in that position until 1999. He has been Minister of State for Planning and Development Programs since January 1999.[2]
