Casey Clausen (born January 9, 1981) is a former American football player who played college football for the University of Tennessee. He took over the starting position from A.J. Suggs.[1] Clausen started 44 of 47 games at the quarterback position in his career and had a 14-1 record on the road with a 34-10 record overall. He played from 2000-2003 and led Tennessee to the SEC East Division Championship in 2001 but lost in the SEC Conference Championship game to LSU with a BCS Championship game berth on the line.
His brother Rick Clausen also played college football for Tennessee in 2004-2005. His youngest brother Jimmy Clausen will also play college football, though for the University of Notre Dame.
