Casabe

A Casabe is a kind of tortilla. It is a thin, flat,unleavened bread made from the cassava root (known as yuca in Spanish). It was originally produced by native peoples of Guyana, Taínos, Surinam, Dominican Republic, Quisqueya, Colombia, and Venezuela.
