"I would like to hear from people whether they consider this level of footnoting excessive" [1] No. Global spread of H5N1 has 125 sources cited. Sources good. Nonsourced content bad. But if you are worried about appearances you can put multiple sources in one single footnote at the end of a paragraph or section. (WAS 4.250) 4.250.177.133 14:06, 17 May 2006 (UTC)
