Hello, I was the one who published that article about Carlos Martínez, with the permission of the management of C.M. and the author of the biography. If you have any questions, please contact me: FabJF. The webmaster of the mentioned link was not the one who created this article about Carlos Martínez!!! Kind regards, Jenny F. (FabJF)
- Ok, I've reverted the copyvio. And listed the page in the "Poster claims to be the author or to have permission" list on Wikipedia:Copyright problems. Sander123 11:27, 14 Oct 2004 (UTC)

- We don't ever seem to have resolved the potential copyright violation from [1] as far as I can tell. Have we ever gotten permission to use it under GFDL? A listing has been sitting on Wikipedia:Copyright problems in the "Poster claims to be the author or to have permission" section since October. -- Infrogmation 21:30, 26 Dec 2004 (UTC)
[edit] Re-write
page has been re-written to resolve copyright questions. --Duk 20:31, 14 Apr 2005 (UTC)
- Hi Duk, sorry for responding to you so late. I haven't been on wikipedia so often the past months. Anyway, I had this page tagged as an copyvio originally. As a result I had a discussion with his agent. The text used for the basis of the page is also used in other publications. This is probably what you have found on the internet. We received permission to use it under the gfdl. Sander123 15:31, 25 Apr 2005 (UTC)
