I am trying to get this going and shall be in touch immediately with some of the main movers and shakers in this movement to see if thay can pitch in and do something with this. ericbritton 10:27, 30 December 2005 (UTC)

Good start, Eric. I might point out that the title is about cities, but the article seems directed at the movement. I would propose we also point out;

  • Characteristics of carfree cities (existing or envisioned)
  • Effects of such characteristics on traffic, pollution, stress, noise, vehicular accidents, commuting times, etc,
  • Examples of current carfree (or nearly so) cities/districts.
