The cartesian method, by the four steps of investigation suggested in Discourse on Method.
The first step is to "filter out" things; the I sphere shows things that don't carry doubts, thus the can advance to next step. Which is, to separate these things in little parts to better understand them.
The third step is to synthetize things, by order of complexity. And the fourth and last step is to classify and orderly dispose the conclusions, proceding revisions.
