Picture scanned directly from Paul B. Popenoe, "The Progress of Eugenic Sterilization," Journal of Heredity, 25:1 (1934), 23. Ultimate copyright holder is not certain, but the picture today likely resides in the archives of the American Eugenics Society or the Human Betterment Foundation.

Give me a break -- I've given you the exact immediate source of it from an old journal and one of two possible ultimate copyright holders, neither of which are indicated in the actual source. That's better than 90% of the fairusein tags currently out there, and certainly within the limits of our source requirements. --Fastfission 13:10, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
