[edit] School Spirit

"School Spirit" has been very low for many years now and has shown no signs of improvement. The school's staff and advisors have tried to boost school spirit with numerous special events and a "Pep Rally" that among other things have done nothing to improve school spirit, but may have just made it worse.

[edit] Staff

The current principal of Carson High School is Fred Perdomo. The vice principals are Patrick Houlihan and Carl Henry. One of the most noteworthy of busdrivers is Larry. He is one of the few staff members that "has", according to most of the students here.

[edit] Larry the Busdriver

Larry is characterized by his trademark Las Vegas trucker hat and cool shades. His greeting is usually "Howdy Howdy!". He no doubt "has".

[edit] Mascot

Carson High School's mascot is the Senator, indicative of Carson City being the capital of Nevada. Currently the mascot is seen to have one side of his mouth open, like a peanut with one side crushed. This is because the mascot previously had a cigar in his mouth, however due to Political Correctness the cigar has been removed which has led to a perpetual scowl on the face of the Senator. In recent years the senator has been known to throw free t-shirts into the crowd at packed home games, however, the t-shirts are usually the misprinted shirts that the school couln't sell. There was word of the senator being changed to a golddigger, but the school district soon discarded the idea.
