Caroline Pileggi (born 1977) is an Australian weightlifter. She successfully took part in the Commonwealth Games and the Olympic Games 2000 in Sydney, Australia.

Pileggi has been accused of drugs just before the Olympic Games 2004 in Athens. She has been excluded immediately from the Australian Olympia team. In her hearing at Melbourne's Supreme Court she should have been supported by testimonials of Nauruan weightlifter Quincy Detenamo, who has been accused of murder at the same time. Pileggi has been blocked from professional weightlifting for several years.

Ms Pileggi is now living in Perth, Western Australia, until her ban from weightlifting expires.
