Carola Anding née Jacob (born December 29, 1960). is a former East German cross country skier who competed during the early 1980's. She won a gold medal in the 4 x 5 km at the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid, New York.
Anding also won a bronze medal in the 4 x 5 km at the 1982 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. Her best individual finish was 9th in two World Cup competitions in 1982 and 1983.
