Carol Stills is a fictional character on the television show The Office. She is played by Nancy Walls.

Carol is first seen on the episode "Office Olympics", selling Michael a condo, along with Bill, the head of the condo association. When Michael asks questions about the house, both Carol and Bill think Michael is a homosexual. Although Michael has to pay a 30-year mortgage, Carol pressures him into signing the papers. In "A Benihana Christmas", while going over Michael's condo papers, Dwight realizes that Carol saved Michael $1000 by not reporting a mold problem. Dwight calls Carol "one smart cookie". On Michael's Birthday while at the ice skating rink with his employees Michael runs into Carol again. He asks her if the ice skating rink was on the market. She replies saying that she "doesn't just sell real estate". Michael plays with Carol's two kids which visibly makes Carol happy. Later on "Casino Night", Michael invites Carol to go with him to the Casino-themed party after Carol called to set-up an appointment to sign his insurance papers for his mortgage. Carol arrives to the warehouse and finds out that Michael accidentally invited Jan Levinson also.

Although Michael tries to treat Carol and Jan evenly, it is obvious he favors Carol. He tries to impress her by going all in on his first hand in Texas hold 'em, but is called by Toby Flenderson and loses all his poker chips. Later that night at the bar Carol and Jan share a conversation. Jan asks Carol how long she has been with Michael to which Carol replies that that was their first date. Jan calls Carol a "good sport". Michael seems pleased with his date with Carol stating that "the hero got the girl." Viewers are led to believe Michael and Carol have been going out between Season Two and Season Three. Michael thinks that he and Carol are more in love then they really are. Michael comments in "A Benihana Christmas" that when he used to drink lattes with Carol and she would always get a latte mustache, Michael would say "Got Latte?" (a parody of the Got Milk? commercials), to which his girlfriend Carol would reply, "that's not funny". On "Initiation" when Jan asks Michael what he did last night, Michael replies Carol came over to his condo and they had sex. This is assumed to be a ploy to make Jan jealous. Michael's ploy does not appear to work.

On "Diwali", Michael invites Carol to a Diwali celebration, but mistakenly tells her it is a costume party. Carol arrives dressed up as a cheerleader, which makes her stick out. Pam Beesly comments saying "at least I didn't dress up like a slutty cheerleader" but then feels instantly bad saying that was mean. Later that night Michael proposes to Carol. Carol rejects the marriage proposal saying that this was only their ninth date. She leaves without Michael. On "A Benihana Christmas", Carol comes to the office. Michael says she is five hours early for the Christmas party and that Carol is such a blonde. He then introduces her to the office employees. Andy Bernard says that Carol is more beautiful than Michael described her. Dwight Schrute also tries to suck up, stating that there was nothing wrong with the way Michael described her. Carol asks Michael for a word in his office. Carol complains about Michael's Christmas card, in which he digitally placed his head on Carol's ex-husband on a photo of Carol, her ex-husband, and her two kids at a ski resort. Carol said it was too weird and rejected Michael's invitation for a Christmas vacation at Sandals, Jamaica. She walks out on him, leaving Michael depressed.

Carol can be seen driving an early model Honda CR-V.
