Carnosaur films

Carnosaur is a film series based on the novel by John Brosnan under the name of Harry Adam Knight in 1984. The film version was mainly made to cash-in on Jurassic Park and apart from the name and a couple of scenes, bore no resemblance to the novel. Two sequels, Carnosaur 2 and Carnosaur 3: Primal Species were made and released in the four years before Jurassic Park's sequel; The Lost World was even animated. An unofficial sequel; Raptor was made from stock footage and released in 2001.
