Carmine Boal is the Iowa State Representative from the 70th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 1999. She received her AA from the American Institute of Business.
Boal currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Education committee; the Judiciary committee; and the State Government committee, where she is the ranking member. She also serves on the Education Appropriations Subcommittee. Her political experience includes serving as assistant majority leader in the Iowa House.
Boal was re-elected in 2006 with 10,945 votes, running unopposed. [1]
