Carmindy (Kathryn Carmindy Bowyer) is a make-up artist based in New York City. She has worked with InStyle, Elle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan as well as beauty icons Cindy Crawford, Isabella Rossellini, Heidi Klum, and Christie Brinkley.[1]
