Carmen Dominicci Ramos[1] (born July 15, 1966 in Ponce, Puerto Rico) is a model, television reporter and PSA representative.

Dominicci, a native of Ponce, began appearing in television commercials in Puerto Rico during the 1980s. Later she began acting in mini-series (which is a term used for shorter, three or four chapter versions of telenovelas), which helped her become a household name and recognized figure in Puerto Rico. During this time period, she became a modeling instructor at Caguas' Polytechnical College, but she left that job when her television presence became more requested by the public.

During the 1980s, she married the internationally recognized actor Osvaldo Rios, also of Puerto Rico. Together, they have a son, named Giuliano. They later divorced.

During the 1990s, Dominicci became active in the field of news reporting, and started appearing on television news shows in Puerto Rico. Eventually, she got a job as a news reporter for a New York station, which she left in 2002 to join Univision's television show Primer Impacto. She left Primer Impacto to pursue independent projects on Univision's sister network, Telefutura, in 2005. Dominicci returned to substitute as a co-host on December 8, 2006.

Dominicci during her career as a reporter has won numerous awards, including an Emmy regional, a Paoli and a Ace (award). She graduated from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon.
