Carmen Berg (born 17 August 1963 in Bismarck, North Dakota) is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in July, 1987.

Carmen had been modelling since 1984, working for clients in Minneapolis, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, as well as in Japan. Her catalog work included Fingerhut, J.C. Penney, Sears and K-mart. She has appeared in television commercials for Sears, Gerber and L'Oreal. For a time, Carmen was a member of the Old Milwaukee "Swedish Bikini Team" and was a calendar girl for Snap-on Tools.
