Carly Binding (born 2 February 1978, in Tauranga, New Zealand) is a New Zealand Pop singer, who was a former member of TrueBliss. In 2000 she left the band citing personal differences, and decided to go solo. Her debut solo album 'Passenger' peaked at #6 on the New Zealand album charts and went gold. It was also released in Australia, where Carly toured extensively.

Her second album 'So Radiate' was released on 3 July 2006. Supporting this album, she has undertaken an acoustic duo tour of New Zealand with fellow NZ singer-songwriter Donald Reid.

Carly's father, Wellesley Binding, is a notable New Zealand painter.

She also provides a singing voice on an All Blacks ad.
