Carlos Galvan (born February 5, 1975[1]) is a hip hop artist who is a member of the Korean hip-hop group Uptown. He is also known by the alias "Cali-Mexci". He was also one-half of the now defunct hip-hop duo Uptown 3000.

He was born in Seoul, South Korea, to a Mexican-American father and a Korean mother. He has two brothers named Jonathan and Michael.

[edit] Music career comeback in Korea

In 2006, Galvan returned to Korea to make a comeback with original Uptown members, Steve Kim and Chris Jung. In May 2006, their new album Testimony was released.
