Carlos Fabián Leeb is a former Argentine football striker. He was born on July 18, 1968, in the Capital Federal district of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He currently works as the manager of Club Guaraní of the Liga Paraguaya.

Leeb started his career with Club Atlético Independiente in the Primera Division in 1987. In 1991 he had a short spell with Estudiantes de La Plata before signing for Chacarita Juniors in the 3rd division in 1992.
In 1994 Chacarita were promoted to the 2rd division and in 1997 Leeb transferred to fellow 2nd division Club Atlético Banfield. In 2001 Banfield were promoted to the Primera Division, Leeb played a single season with Banfield in the top flight before moving to Ferro Carril Oeste in the 3rd division where he retired from playing in 2002.
