[edit] Early Career
Rincon from an early age was tipped to be the natural successor to Brazilian and Milan player Cafu. The young pacey right back became known for his attacing flair and after joining Manchester United was expected to progress at quick rate. However, Rincon failed to break into the first team and was subsequently loaned out to Sao Paolo, the club he began his career with. In the summer of 2006, Rincon moved to Italian Serie A side Empoli, as agreement with Inter Milan for Maxwell Cabelino Andrade.
