Carlo Mazzacurati (born March 3, 1956) is an Italian film director and screenwriter born in Padua.

Mazzacurati was the son of engineer and auto racing driver Mario Mazzacurati. He started his cinema career in 1980.

Some of his better known movies are: Il Toro (1994) and La lingua del santo (2000).
