Carl Verheyen

Carl Verheyen is an American guitarist.

Verheyen in an L.A. based session guitarist, who was also a member of Supertramp, and has his own band called the Carl Verheyen Band.

He has also writen many books. One is book called Studio City, which is a collection of articles wrote of Guitar one from 1996 to 1999, another book by him is called improvising without scales.

In 1996 Carl won the prestigious LA Music Awards category of best Guitarist, while Guitar Magazine called him "One of the top undiscovered guitar players in the World."

Carl has used just about every guitar, pedal and amp ever built. His favourite guitar of choice is the Fender stratocaster.

With supertramp he used too Vox Ac30's for clean and two Marshall Plexis for dirty and lead. Also he used two Lexicorn PCM90's for delay and reverbs.
