Carl Peter Parelius Essendrop

Carl Peter Parelius Essendrop (1818-1893) was the Norwegian Minister of Education and Church Affairs 1872-1874 (temporary Minister 1875), and temporarily appointed councillor of state in interim government in Stockholm 1881. He was also Bishop of Oslo 1875-1893. [Photograph of Carl Essendorp:[1]]
