Carl Hayman (born 14 November 1979 in Opunake, New Zealand) is an international rugby union prop from New Zealand. He plays his rugby for Otago at provincial level, the Highlanders at Super 14 level and All Blacks at international level.

He became the 1000th All Black when made his debut at international level against Samoa in 2001. Carl Hayman is a unique player in that he is considerably taller than most other props in world rugby. Nevertheless, he has established himself as one of the elite props in world rugby.

Carl Hayman has also played for the New Zealand Māori in 2005, against Fiji at Suva and against the British & Irish Lions at Hamiton.
