The Caribbean Development Company is a brewery headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago. It is best known for its Carib and Stag beers and its range of Carib Shandy products (Ginger Shandy, Lime Shandy and Sorrel Shandy). The brewery is located in Mount Lambert, Trinidad.

The Caribbean Development Company is owned by the Ansa McAl Group of Companies.
