I changed some stuff;

  1. Capstone is not the only microturbine manufacture in the US. Williams International makes micro turbines, for example the production run of the turbine-electric EV-1 and small gas turbines for cruse missiles. And APUs that produce air, hydraulic and electrical power have been manufactured in the US for decades.
  2. Foil bearings is a better term than air bearings (correct me if I'm wrong). Look at Capstone's patents on their foil bearings. Foil bearings differ from air bearings because of the compliant spring foil used to maintain the proper fluid gap. See the external link related to this.
  3. Finally, I removed some stuff that the last edit added. It made the article sound like a sales brochure.
