The Capita Super Corporation is a Seattle-based snowboard company that was formed by Jason Brown (also known as "THINpigeon") and Blue Montgomery in 2000, with the help of artists including Human05, Ephka, and Dustin Krysak.
Focusing on production quality and marketing new ideas, Capita's snowboards provide a unique look and feel in the freestyle segment of snowboarding and are heavily respected by "core" riders. In 2005, the company reissued the "Black Snowboard Of Death", which is now called the "B.S.O.D." The original B.S.O.D. is considered to be one of the best boards ever produced, winning the Transworld Snowboarding's coveted "Good Wood" award in 2001.
Capita exclusively sponsors some of the best professional snowboarders in the world including: TJ Schneider, Tyler Lepore, Corey Smith, Travis Parker, Dan Brisse, Dustin Craven, and Jonas Carlson.
