Over the years the company was building boats, they produced several thousand ranging from 10 to 45 feet in size.

The companies begining was with the Cape Dory 10, a small fiberglass sailing dingy. But they later moved into building the popular Typhoon series of small sailboats and cruising yachts from 22 to 45 feet primarily deisgned by Carl Alberg.
