The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a 22-mile paved rail trail located on Cape Cod, Massachusetts and operated by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). It follows the former Cape Cod line right-of-way of the Old Colony Railroad and extends from Route 134 in South Dennis to LeCount Hollow Road in South Wellfleet. Its route additionally passes through the towns of Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, and Eastham.
