Template talk:Canadian Forces Air Command

[edit] Looks good

This new template looks good, but I have a few observations/suggestions to help improve it.

  1. The template need to be within the {{aircontent}} box so the Aviation List is on bottom per Wikipedia:WikiProject Aircraft/page content guidelines. I haved moved the templates on about 6 pages, those that were on my watchlist.
  2. The box is a bit LARGE at this time. Combining short lines on a single line would help to reduce the size. ALso, putting the Wings in a separate template would help reduce the size, leaving this template to cover just aircraft. Squadrons could possibley be included with the wings to form a units template.
  3. Since when did the CF announce its intention to purchase the F-22??? There is no mention whatsoever of Canada on the F-22 page at all, tho I have not checked any external websites. I really don't see how this should be in the list at all, as Canda could probably only afford 2 or 3 F-22s anyway. Please cite a credible verifiable source here before adding it again. The other aircraft in the Future list are serilously being considered.

Good job overall. - BillCJ 21:51, 21 January 2007 (UTC)
